Sales Manager
Minimum of ten years hands-on big ticket consumer sales and sales management experience, including recruiting, training, managing and motivating a high dollar consumer-oriented sales force. Must have experience in new home or similar sales, e.g., real estate, resort homes sales, etc. Will consider an otherwise qualified candidate with a high dollar consumer-based relationship selling background, e.g. luxury items, yachts, upscale furnishings, securities, mortgage lending. No candidates will be considered without a basic and general knowledge of construction and mortgage financing.

Professional Sales
Candidates must have a degree and a minimum of five years of professional sales experience, preferably in upscale consumer products (e.g., real estate, new home construction, luxury automobiles or boats, fine furniture or art, investments, etc.), and have a general understanding of the basics of residential building. Candidates must also have a mature and confident personality, good telephone presence and be prepared to work some evenings and Saturdays. Basic computer and internet literacy are requirements, as is the ability to craft written correspondence. Well-traveled candidates have an advantage, as our clients build throughout the US and abroad. Business to Business (B2B) sales background will be considered if other criteria are a fit.Base salary plus commission and comprehensive employee benefits. Realistic six figure earnings potential.
