Estimator - Construction & Building Material *NEW
Seeking an experienced individual for project estimating and take-offs (purchasing background a plus). Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in residential construction estimating with specific knowledge of residential building requirements, common building and construction materials, and vendor/supplier sources.

Professional Sales
Candidates must have a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in upscale consumer products sales, and have a general understanding of the basics of residential building. Base salary (30k) plus commissions and benefits. Realistic six-figure earnings potential. Heavy lead volume.

Working Foremen and Leadmen - Various Woodworking Departments, including Shipping and Receiving *NEW
Seeking individuals with hands-on manufacturing supervisory experience for foremen and leadmen career opportunity positions. Candidates are sought for various woodworking and shipping & receiving departments. Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment, with a good knowledge of woodworking equipment and manufacturing methods.

Interior Design Coordinator w/ Floor Covering Experience *NEW
Seeking an in-house interior finishes design and selection coordinator with floor covering experience to work with clients and our architectural department. Sales experience and product knowledge are big pluses. Prior kitchen and bath design experience is also helpful.

CADD Technician *NEW
Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in Construction Document production, a two-year technical degree in a related area and an expert skill level in AutoCAD. Residential design and/or drafting background, knowledge of residential building codes and/or residential construction experience are all big pluses.
